Q. What are the store hours? 

AOur business hours Monday-Friday from 9am- 5pm EST and on Saturdays and Sundays closed. 

Q.  What is the return and exchange policy? 

A.  If the customer has already received the product and would like a refund, they would need to return the product back to us within 30 days of its original shipment date. The hair must be in its original condition and it cannot have been worn or opened. You can follow our return policy with the information below:

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase.
  
Q.   Will you refund my shipping charges?
  
A.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the full subtotal on your order. We will not refund shipping cost since your item had already been previously shipped out.

Q.  Does Enticing Extensions ship outside of the USA?

A.   We only ship within the USA and Canada.

Q.  What’s the size of the wig caps?
  
A.  Our wig caps are 22.5cm in circumference. They are considered to be a medium sized cap. Our front lace wigs they are 13 x 4. (13″ across (ear to ear) and 4 inches back (parting space). Best if you wear your hair down. Full lace wigs are great if you want to wear your hair up in a pony tail.   
  
Q.  Does the hair extensions hold a curl? Can they be colored?
  
A.  All the hair we sell is 100% Human Hair and can be curled, straightened, and colored!  The Malaysian hair is a 7A and can be colored up to a #27/ Honey Blonde.  The Brazilian hair is an 8A and can be colored up to a #613/Russian Blonde.  The Indian hair is 100% RAW Virgin hair and can be colored to a #613/Russian Blonde. The Vietnamese hair is 100% RAW virgin hair, and can be colored to infinity!
  
Q.  How many Tape-ins/I-tips/U-tips/Micro-beads are needed?
  
A.  We sell our specialty fusion hairs by packs which are measured by the gram. Below we will explain how many grams it takes to achieve your desired look:
Micro-Beads, I-tips, U-tips, Flat tips (1 pack is equivalent to 25 grams)
Thin Hair: 5 packs (125 grams)
Medium Hair: 8 packs (200 grams)
Thick Hair: 12 packs (300 grams)
Tape-ins (Tape-in extensions are packaged by the grams in the increments of 50, 100, and 150 grams).  
We recommend purchasing at least 150 grams for a full head.
  
Q.  What are the hair quality options offered? What is the grade of the hair?
  
A.  All of the hair we sell is 100% HUMAN HAIR. 
  • The Malaysian hair is 7A and can be colored up to a #27. Steamed w/ Bamboo to keep texture & reduce nits (6 months-year).

  • The hair has double-stitched wefts to reduce the chances of shedding. The hair is “Remy” which means that all the cuticles are in the same direction. This reduces the tangling and matting that can occur with hair extensions.

Q.  How long does it take for an order to process? 

A.  Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship out the same day. But in the event of high volume orders, the order will ship out the following business day. We generally ship between Monday through Friday. Although we ship orders on Saturday, ​it is not guaranteed that USPS will always pick up packages on the weekend.​ We therefore cannot inform customers for Saturdays as an absolute shipping date.

Q.  What are the shipping costs? 

A.  Our standard/priority shipping is $6.95 which takes 2-3 business days. Our express shipping is $24.00 and it takes 1-2 business days. If you place an order before 2 pm EST the hair will be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)  Please keep in mind that express shipping does not speed up the processing time on your order.

Q. Can I make a change to the order?   

A.  We are unable to modify orders that are currently in the system. If the order has not been processed, we can cancel and refund this for you. You may then place another order with the correct modification. If your order has been processed, you will have to contact the local package carrier (usually UPS or Fedex) using your tracking information to send it back to us in order for us to proceed with a refund.

Q. When will I receive tracking Information? 

A.  Orders will ship the same day if placed before 2:00 p.m. In a case where we have a high volume of orders, the order will ship within 24 hours.  All orders will be assigned a tracking number once processed and will be automatically emailed to you once the item is packaged to be shipped out.
